Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
You grant permission for our technicians to access the work area
You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring a safe work environment

4. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are good faith approximations based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the work. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our work and offer a lifetime labor warranty on all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in our workmanship and labor but does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by others. Materials and products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which we will provide documentation for at the time of installation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hero Handyman Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Hero Handyman Pro's website, even if Hero Handyman Pro or a Hero Handyman Pro authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
